On Air: Law & Crime Network: Young Thug and Christine Ricci Trials

Jul 31, 2024

Jeffrey provides his perspective on the Young Thug Racketeering case and the challenges currently placed with the Judges.  Having moved the trial to a second judge to oversee the long-bogged down racketeering (RICO) prosecution against Jeffery “Young Thug” Williams — a dozen other co-defendants — the Judges have been recused from the case after serving in that fraught role for less than two days.   Simon also discusses a Massachusetts woman who is facing trial in the fatal stabbing of her firefighter husband.

Christine Ricci is charged with murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in the Jan. 2021 death of Michael Ricci, 51. According to documents obtained, first responders said Michael had been stabbed in the heart and on the back of his left shoulder.
